Turn Around Time

For product shipping, we normally ship orders within 3 business days.

If the order is delayed, we will send you an email letting you know the situation and when you can expect your product.

When you order is ready to ship, we will send you an email notifying you that your order has shipped and the email will include your tracking number. Shipping can take anywhere from 1 day (for local orders) to one week (for address on the coasts).

For Custom Printing jobs, we require 50% paid upfront so we can purchase your shirts to print on. The rest is payable on completion of the job whether we ship it to you or you pick it up. Depending on how many custom jobs we have in our cue, we could likely get your job done within a week time-frame.

GREEN SHIPPING - We practice Green Shipping at the Dog Perk. In the course of our business, we get a lot of boxes and rather than throw them away, we use them to ship out our products.

So, if you get a strange box with a Dog Perk Sticker on it for the return address, it's from us.

We encourage you to continue in this effort and reuse the box again for something you need to send.
