Turn Around Time

We have a lot going on as we grow The Dog Perk into the business that all the dog lovers in the world deserve.

Sometimes we can get your order out quickly...even the same day you order it. At other times, we are working a local or out of state shows to build the business and get the word out...or we may have orders stacked up the cue ahead of your order. During these times, your orders may be delayed a several days.

As a general rule, please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. If you need them quicker, we may be able to accommodate so please contact us.

GREEN SHIPPING - We practice Green Shipping at the Dog Perk. In the course of our business, we get a lot of boxes and rather than throw them away, we use them to ship out our products.

So, if you get a strange box with a Dog Perk Sticker on it for the return address, it's from us.

We encourage you to continue in this effort and reuse the box again for something you need to send.
