The Dog Perk ships both USPS and by UPS depending on the size of the order.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery depending on what you order. Sometimes your order can be shipped right away. Custom items or items on backorder will take longer. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us.
When your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an "Order Shipped Email Confirmation that will include your tracking number if your order is shipped by UPS. If you do not receive your product within 7 days of that email, please call us or email us.
